Patient-Friendly Search Tool to Find Azheimer's Clinical Trials

Currently, Clinicaltrials.gov is the database featuring all clinical trials. Unfortunately, it is written in clinical-speak, making it hard to locate and detemine what clinical trials are available for participation.
